Class Descriptions & What to Wear

NO OILS OR LOTIONS BEFORE A POLE CLASS!!! IT ENDANGERS YOU AND THE OTHER STUDENTS!!!
JEWELRY CAN INHIBIT SOME MOVEMENTS, SO IF YOU MUST WEAR JEWELRY, KEEP IT SMALL

All classes are drop in- no previous experience is required- EXCEPT the level 2 and up classes.

-For level 2 and up classes, prerequisites and/or audition is required. These classes build on previous levels.

Zumba

Description: A combination of Latin dancing and aerobics. The dance moves are set to latin rhythms with high energy, and the moves are easy to follow, regardless of fitness level.

What to Wear: Sweats/leggings, tennis shoes, workout clothes

Pole-Lap Dance Fusion

Description: A combination of lap dance and pole dancing moves and routine that you can take home to your special someone! Also come with an alter-ego or "pole name"  - we can help you out if you cannot think of one.

What to Wear: Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings, stilletto heels or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)

Valentine's Vixen Series

Description: Crash course in Lapdance & Floorowork. Explore different floor & chair moves as well as some strutting techniques. Build on one routine every class to perform for your significant someone on Valentine's Day!! You will have the opportunity to use the studio and turn down the lights, light the candles, pour the wine and surprise your sweetie with your dance! Only $99 for five classes & studio use for the performance! 1/11, 1/18, 1/25, 2/1, 2/8 series & performance night Friday 2/14 @ 8pm (optional).

What to Wear: Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings, stilletto heels or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)

Hot Hula Fitness®

Description: Total body workout while exploring these exotic, beautiful styles of dancing.  It is open to ALL levels!  Take a trip to the islands in this fresh, fun, and high energy workout!  $15 for one hour!

What to Wear: Any fitness attire and sarong if you have one.  No shoes.

Candlelight Stretch

Description: Stretch every muscle in your body to relaxing music and candles.

What to Wear: Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings, stilletto heels and/or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)

Pole Fitness

Description: A combination of aerobics and pole dancing! Great cardio workout with a long core strengthening session at the end!

What to Wear: Sweats, shorts, workout clothes, tennis shoes, socks or barefoot

Chair Fit & Stilletto Strut

Description: This class is a combination of aerobics and body toning using a chair!  Great cardio workout with a little dance routine at the end. And Also, learn to walk in those high heels! This class consists of different struts across the floor, and a hot dance routine at the end! You will never look awkward in heels again!!

What to Wear: Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings, stilletto heels or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)

Belly Dance

Description: Need we explain? Learn isolations and how to move your body to middle eastern dance styles and music.

What to Wear: Loose pants and shirt that shows your waist line or sports bra; coin belt optional

Chair Fitness

Description: This class is a combination of aerobics and body toning using a chair! Great cardio workout with a little dance routine at the end.

What to Wear: Sweats, shorts, workout clothes, tennis shoes, socks or barefoot

Booty Boot Camp

Description: Basic boot camp: cardio, abs, arms, legs, and booty with a little flava!

What to Wear: Sweats/leggings, tennis shoes, workout clothes

Lunchtime Pole Bootcamp

Description: Work it out in here! Beginner to advanced pole trick drills. Rotate to different stations that strengthen diferent muscles in your body. Other types of "bootcamp" drills are also included utilizing weights, steps, etc ... Burn it off at lunch instead of packing it on!!!

 

Rookie Pole Inner Sexy

Description: No chorography! Instead, we will learn the basic tricks, struts, spins, floor work, and transitions, and how to tie all the moves together in your own way. You will really learn to pull out your alter ego and your inner sexy in this class! Also come with an alter-ego or "pole name"  - we can help you out if you cannot think of one.

What to Wear: Sweats/leggings, tennis shoes, workout clothes

Hip-Hop

Description: Not like ANY other studio south of I-20, this is REAL hip-hop!  Talaris and Cloud are signed with Bloc Agency, the biggest agency in the country that recruits for all international music videos, tours, and shows. Talaris and Cloud trains and dances for the best in the industry. .

What to Wear: Sweats/leggings, tennis shoes, workout clothes

Open Pole

Description: This is NOT a class. It is a time for you to use the studio and the poles and practice what you've learned in class! It is $5 (excludes memberships, groupons, etc) Friday afternoon will be open untilat least 2pm or 3pm

Lap Dance for Lovers
Description: Create a steamy, fun, inexpensive date night that you and your lover will never forget!!! Learn a sexy lap dance routine and preform it for your date in an intimate, candlelit setting. Bring some wine, beer or cocktails if you'd like! Snack will be provided. This class excludes groupons, memberships, or punchcards. $20 per couple. This class has recieved RAVE reviews since it started!
Self-Defense

The Evolution Training System is a uncongenial yet challenging self defense and conditioning training course. The course ranges from novice to advanced for all ages and athletic abilities. The system includes techniques from the Evolution Kung Fu training system. Work out your Cardio, Flexibility, Metal Focus, Strength, Discipline, Circulation, Breathing, Confidence, and reduce your stress levels. 

Hot Fusion®
Description: A fun and unique workout that combines strength, flexibility and balance trainingwith Old School dance. This class is the first ever to combine weight training and sculpting with dance moves. This 'total body workout' tones your upper and lower body as it throws you back in time with dance moves like the TOOTSIE ROLL, the ROGER RABBIT and the CHARLESTON set to funky, retro and old-school hip-hop music. All ages and fitness levels will enjoy HOT FUSION®
Floorwork Chairwork Bootywork

Description: Combination class consisting of seductive dance moves on the floor, on the chair and using that booty! Also focuses on transitions in between dance moves and some struts across the floor. Learn moves to take to that special person and it is also an intense workout!

What to Wear: Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings, stilletto heels or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)

Burlesque

Description: Just like the movie! Explore the art of classic Burlesque style dance with classy, yet suggestive choreography. Props will be provided.

What to Wear: Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings, stilletto heels or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)

***1st Saturday of the month-
Pole-erina :
Thirty minute warm up, with basic ballet technique and stretches, and thirty minutes of graceful choreography incorporating pole tricks.

***2nd Saturday of the month-
Pole Play:
This is a miscellaneous class! We will literally "play" on the pole for hour with tricks, spins, struts, and freestyles around the pole. We will also "role play" with our alter ego, working on bringing her out, while using the pole as a prop. Either way, we will be learning and practicing tricks, spins and pole dance moves in this class, but it is less structured than the other classes, more laid back, and lots of fun!

***3rd Saturday of the month-
Spinnin’ and Trickin’:
Just Tricks, spins and transitions! Pole dancing moves for the beginner-advanced. NO choreography!!! Just proper technique and training to master the pole. Every level is encouraged to come!

***4th Saturday of the month-
Poleogrophy:
Work it out in here! Beginner to intermediate pole tricks along with different ways to dance with and around the pole, Includes a short routine at the end!
