Class Descriptions & What to Wear

Rookie Pole

Level 1. Just the basics! This is out introduction to the pole: basic walks, spins, tricks and other movements using the pole. You will get some play- (ahem) -practice time and one-on-one time with the instructor and the other students. Then we learn a sext routine at the end. Includes warm up, strtch & cool down.

What to Wear:

  • Tee or tank top
  • Shorts are prefered for pole classes, but leggins will be okay IF absolutely cannot wear shorts. (Skin helps you stick, fabric makes you slip - so you will have no leg meat to help share the work with your arm muscles.)
  • BAREFOOT is great! Heels are great! (Stillettos prefered) Not sure? Bring a pair in your bag and try em on when you are ready!
Inner Goddess Flow

This class utilizes exercise similar to the usual yoga, pilates and crossfit without boring masculine, linear movements. Learn expressive, sensual movement techniques using the floor, pole, wall & chair - but NO MIRRORS! The focus is on finding and releasing that inner sexual creature that lives in every woman!

What to Wear:

  • Tee or tank top
  • Shorts are prefered for pole classes, but leggins will be okay IF absolutely cannot wear shorts. (Skin helps you stick, fabric makes you slip - so you will have no leg meat to help share the work with your arm muscles.

Inner Pole Flow

No choreography! Instead, we will learn the basic tricks, struts, spins, floor work and transitions, and how to tie all the movements together in your own way. This class is all about your free flow and 'preformance.' You will really learn to find that inner pole Goddess in this class!

  • Tee or tank top

Pole Fitness

A combination of aerobics and pole dancing! Great cardio dance workout with a long core strengthening session at the end! Plus we incorporate basic walks, spins, tricks and other movements using the pole. High energy-no down time in this class! come ready to SWEAT!!!

What to Wear:

  • Sweats, shorts, workout clothes, tennis shoes, socks or barefoot
Pole-Lap Dance Fusion

A combination of lap dance and pole dancing class. We will work pole and lap dance basics and merge at least one pole trick with the chair. Of course you learn a steamy dance to bring it all together.

What to Wear:

  • Tee or tank top

Chairwork Floorwork Bootywork

This lap dance class combines seductive dance moves on the floor, on the chair and with that booty! Learn moves to take to that special person and it is also an intense workout!

What to Wear:

  • Tee or tank top, shorts are preferred for Pole classes, leggings
  • Stilletto heels or high heeled boots preferred (barefoot is ok too)
Women's Self Defense

Jason's self-defence class combines the strict disciplines and proper techniques of a mixed martial arts session with real life scenarios. Classes will provide endless strategies and training to defend against an attacker. This class for women focuses greatly on using an opponent's power against his to protect themselves. (i.e. Judo & Jiu-Jistu). Practical, fun and the most valuable workout around!

What to Wear:

  • Tennis shoes
  • Equipment will be provided but feel free to bring your own!
Candlelight Stretch

As we age, flexiblity, circulation, range or motion decrease drastically causing joint and muscle pain and injury. stretching is the MOST important exercise for our bodies! It is even more important if you already workout regularly. Unwind and relax your mind to soft music. Stretches are for all levels. Modifications are gevin and the instructor corrects positioning and form individually throughout the class.

What to Wear:

  • Yoga pants, shorts, tee, tank ANYthing goes in here as long as you are comfortable!
  • Barefoot
  • Bring your own mat if you desire!

Belly Dance

This beginer class will introduce you to the basic dance vocabulary in a fun environment while focusing on safe technique. In Christy's 6 years of exploring belly dance, she has studied with dozens of teachers in disciplines ranging from Bollywood to American Tribal Style.

What to Wear:

  • Sweats, shorts, workout clothes, tennis shoes, socks or barefoot
Booty Boot Camp

Cardio and muscle toning circuits fro your abs, arms, legs and backside! Stretching between all exercises.

What to Wear:

  • Sweats/leggings, tennis shoes, workout clothes
Open Pole

This is NOT a class. It is a time for you to use the studio and the poles and practice what you've learned in class! It is only $5!
(excludes memberships, groupons, etc)
